Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for booking a course with Main Door Security. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund and cancellation policy.

Course Cancellations & Refunds

Customer Cancellations

  • You may cancel your course booking up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
  • If you miss your course due to illness or emergency, please contact us. We may offer a credit or transfer to another date at our discretion.

Changing Your Booking

  • You may request a date change up to 5 days before the course begins (subject to availability).
  • No-shows on the day of the course are non-refundable.

Provider Cancellations

In rare cases, if we must cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be given the option of a full refund or a free transfer to a future course date.

Digital Materials

Any downloadable resources or certificates accessed after course completion are non-refundable.
